I started Talent Hunting after repeatedly seeing the same problem. HealthTech companies struggling to hire senior regulatory, clinical and scientific talent who can actually deliver in compliance-critical environments.
My background spans 25 years in clinical research, including 11 years at GSK. I understand this world from the inside: the regulatory pressures, the quality standards, and the difference between someone who knows the frameworks and someone who can apply them in practice.

I work across MedTech, Digital Health and regulated HealthTech environments, with particular strength in regulatory affairs, quality and clinical evidence.
